Oh my gosh! Mine do the same thing! They have little fleece pillows to lie on right in front of one of the bookcases, and often, I'll find someone sitting on his pillow, back to the room, just staring at the books! Too funny!
Well, this is the shelf of art books, so I'm thinking maybe Dali? Or Bosch?
And yeah, she has a very nice coat. It's not particularly short, so it has a lot of depth to it. So far, she has hardly shed at all, which is good. I wonder if that will change when the weather warms up, though.
I think my boys like Lewis Carroll. The Cheshire Cat appeals to their inner smart alecs. (Calvin more than Doogie), and a Complete Works of... volume is right there by their little fleece pillows.
If Mifune doesn't shed come spring, I'm going to think that she's some sort of mutant cat. ;-)
